Your name and email address when you purchase or contact support, and billing details processed by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To deliver your vendor pack, send purchase receipts and pack updates, answer support requests, and prevent fraudulent or abusive purchases.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors required to run the service, such as our payment provider and email delivery service. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Purchase records are kept as long as legally required for tax and accounting. Support messages are deleted after 24 months.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@vaultlinks.co. We respond within 30 days.
