These terms govern your purchase and use of VaultLinks digital vendor packs. By buying a pack you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
VaultLinks sells digital directories of supplier contacts. You receive contact details, sourcing notes, and guidance documents. You are not buying physical goods, and VaultLinks is not a party to any transaction you make with a listed supplier.
2. Licence and redistribution
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the vendor information for your own resale business. Copying, sharing, publishing, or reselling the directories themselves is prohibited and may result in access being revoked without refund.
3. Refunds
Because packs are delivered instantly, we offer a 7-day guarantee limited to invalid or unreachable vendor contacts. Report the specific entries and we will replace them or refund your purchase.
4. No guarantee of results
Supplier availability, pricing, minimum order quantities, and shipping terms are set by the vendors and can change at any time. We verify contacts before listing, but we cannot guarantee business outcomes, profit, or product authenticity from third parties.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including customs, import, tax, and intellectual property rules. Do not use our directories to source counterfeit goods.
